    help question Payflow Pro Error

For the past month, a store that I helped set up is getting an error on the checkout process only when using PayFlow Pro module. In the beginning the store was on a 1&1 shared server and then we moved it to godaddy. That was a nightmare and now I have moved it to a new server that is wonderful but I am still getting an error. Actually two of them now.

Result code: 225: The certificate chain did not validate, no local certificate found, Cert Path = /home/causekp/public_html/stop-it-now-store/includes/modules/payment/certs/, Working Directory = /home/causekp/public_html/stop-it-now-store
There has been an error processing your credit card, please try again.

Does anybody have any idea what this is and how to fix it? I would really appreciate any help you could offer.

We are running v1.3.9b and I did install the new payflow pro module. :)

That error suggests that you've still got remnants of the old obsolete module installed, and it's picking them up and trying to operate the old way.
You'll need to remove all traces of it, and then install the new version cleanly.

Thanks, Dr. Byte!! How would I know what files were part of the old module?

I don't know off the top of my head, but I guess I'd start by downloading the older version of the module from the same page where you got the newer version.

Now, I am getting this message:

We were not able to process your order. Please select an alternate payment method, or contact the store owner for assistance. (12 )
Any ideas on what that could be?

If I remember correctly, 12 means "Declined".

Is there a file that says what all the different error messages are or do I need to contact Paypal?

12 means the card was declined by the customer's bank. If you don't like that, then feel free to talk to PayPal.

I read the documentation and (4) means it's getting a crazy dollar amount, like -1. But the product is $2. ??
