Override files in admin folder?

Hello,
Is there any special rule to follow when I want to override files in the admin folder?

I want to override the admin\invoice.hph file, and I created a folder there with the same name as my template, and copied the new file there. But looks like it does not work.

There are no overrides for the admin folder. You need to modify the core files.
