Right now might Simple SEO module has gone bad...
Now my site will not reconize any of my links other than the homepage...
Any Suggestions?

First suggestion is to read the posting tips and give us enough information to make a better WAG.

I do not know what the problem was but I backed up my site. Now everything works again.
