Text in Reviews Sidebox

This is a silly question, but I can't find the answer anywhere.
How can I have the review's text show in the sidebox under the star rating? Right now all I have is the picture and the star rating.

Actually, that's wrong, I have the picture, the name of the product, and the star rating. Can I have the review text instead of the product name?

Also, is there a way to remove the sidebox on product info pages that don't have a review, and just keep the reviews button?
