Could one of the team please post the details and cure of this bug from 1.3.8 (listed as fixed in 1.3.9):
BUGSFORUM-982 - Fix minor bug where messageStack alert not being shown, due to syntax error, with payment/shipping modules missing language files.
I cannot find this in the forums and I can't find what "BUGSFORUM-982" refers to and I can't find any differences in the language files.
Sorry if I'm missing something glaringly obvious that explains this bug. Thanks for your help.
