"Module Options"

Very confused. Have Search Key Config module installed; did a search on "tax" to configure something. When I clicked on one of the results, I couldn't run it because I had to enable it in Admin Profiles. Fine, not sure what this is, and why it needed to be enabled, but did.

What is this? Also, when I go to Admin --> Modules -- Payment (or shipping), instead of it saying "Payment", or "Shipping", it says "Search Configuration Keys".

I only noticed this today after doing a search using Search Key Config module. Have had this mod installed for a few weeks now; used it multiple times, but never had this before. Any suggestions? Should I be concerned with this?
