What this "nick name" mean?

Under admin-configuration-Minimum Values, there is a "nick name". What this "nick name" mean? a nick name for customers? But in the log in page, I didn't see any field for customers to key in their nick names when creating a new account and edit Account....

If you use phpBB (Bulletin Board) linked to your zencart store, it will offer new sign-ups the option of inserting a nick name for the board.

If you DON't have phpBB installed, then nickname will not appear in the sign-up page.

I didn't set up PHPBB when I installed zencart. Can I add PHPBB later?

Yes. Install it in a subdirectory and turn on the bridge to Zencart in Admin - Configuration - My Store
