    includes\templates\template_default\images\always-free-shipping.gif
    try includes\templates\classic\images\always-free-shipping.gif

    Then search the Tutorials/FAQ on custom templates and overrides. Classic is not a good place to customize. Future updates will be much more complicated without a custom template.
