A question about search box

I have a question about layout, how can you add a search box on the top right(right side at the hearder ezpage)

Is sideboxes/search_header.php turned on in Admin - Tools - Layout Boxes Controller ?

If so, you'll need to ask Template Monster why they disabled that function and how to get it back.

It is turned off. A search box appears on left column, but no on header. Is there any way to achieve, i hope to try , thank you!
