Convert Text Input Field to Image?

Hi
I have seen on some Zen Sites a product text field where the customer can input the letters (i.e wooden letters to order) and then preview the Font as an Image. Trying to figure out how to do this (a non zen cart example is here:http://www.3dwoodcraft.com/outdoorpainted.html or here: http://www.kidswoodworks.com/Catalog...Letters.cfmbut I have also seen it on zen sites)

Could this be done on the Product Page and can somebody point me in the right direction The Image seems to be somehow generated from the Text Input Field
