USPS Bug?

On some orders I do not get my USPS shipping rates. I turned on debug mode and I get this:

My guess is I'm using more resolution in my shipping rates that USPS can now handle (except for years they must have handled it because it used to work).

I am running 1.39a ( I will upgrade, but I did not see anything that made mention of a fix for this problem in the upgrade ). It was a clean install to 1.39a. I am using Easy Populate and Google Base Feeder.

Silly me; I was looking for the entire XML in my search rather than just the error text.

It appears this is a problem others are also having. I have more details:

When I try to ship quantity 5 of something or 6 of something - USPS works with those weights.

When I try to ship quantity 7 or 8 or 9 of that same item - USPS will not give a quote and gives the XML message I posted in the first message in this thread.

When I try to ship quantity 10 of that same item - USPS once again works.

Seems obvious to me that Zencart is passing USPS a string longer than USPS wants - but you'd know better.
