Zen Cart doesn't support external images. It expects the image files to exist in the /images/ folder of your Zen Cart website.

Don't you have/know how to use a FTP client?

Must match up....or your products will have no images attached

Many use a 3rd party module - - easy populate
There is a wiki article/tutorial on it

Um ... you posted with a question and they replied within 3 hours: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...944#post937944

I hope you don't think that it should take less than 3 hours to get a response when you're asking for help with products that you get for FREE!
I would think that a direct helpful reply to your inquiry in less than 3 hours does NOT qualify as "takes forever to get a reply".

i use just host and find it very good,
    OK for minimum use
A FTP client is better for mass use
    http://filezilla-project.org/download.php
    i use apsona
That is also reported to allow a mass upload of products
