Zen Cart doesn't support external images. It expects the image files to exist in the /images/ folder of your Zen Cart website.

i use just host and find it very good, also i am very new and getting to grips with it quite well but dont understand all the jargon, i use apsona, but this is an out source with no zen cart help and after asking a question on here about it last night i was scared to say i was using it cuz i was told to ask them ! but the faq etc are not very good and there replies take forever, thanks
Um ... you posted with a question and they replied within 3 hours: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showth...944#post937944
I hope you don't think that it should take less than 3 hours to get a response when you're asking for help with products that you get for FREE!
I would think that a direct helpful reply to your inquiry in less than 3 hours does NOT qualify as "takes forever to get a reply".
