after a bit of help over a ceon support thread from conor i ended up changing code slightly from above

in tpl_modules_create_account.php

Hi Bryan,

Your zip/This file causes missing right sidebox and still no CATPChA.

tpl_modules_create_account.php
why ending with <? echo tep_crafty_country_handler(1); ?> ?
I skip this still not working.

Other two are working fine.
