How to Test? - Payment and Shipping Items

May have missed this in the forums somewhere but...

How to I test the payment and shipping (test print labels, etc) items?

I put it under the heading above so people can find this links faster - I went through about 20 last night.

To test Payment and Shipping modules, you need to physically test making orders ...

There isn't a play method ...

I make multiple customer accounts as well as customer accounts with multiple addresses so that I can check what happens as a customer when I get to checkout_shipping, checkout_payment etc.

I also check as a guest what happens when using the shipping_estimator and entering really test addresses to ensure that as a guest I am getting shipping quotes ...
