How can I change my root folder name without causing a security error?

Hi guys, simple problem, hope you can help!

My current root zencraft folder name is really long, and rather a hassle to work with. "zen-cart-v1.3.9c-full-fileset-051620...."
I normally use my bookmarked page, if I want to log in or run php.

It's not really a big deal, more of an eyesore than a hassle, so I tried to change my folder to just "zen cart".

I did this, then I changed all occurrences of "zen-cart-v1.3.9c-full-fileset-051620...." to "zen cart" in my two configure.php folders. Then I tried to login... and I got this error

"There was a security error when trying to login"

My password and username are correct. So then I did a few searches, and came upon here: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=312

Now this is for 1.3.8. I am using 1.3.9d, as I assume most of you are using. I am using a custom template. However there is no "/includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_login_default.php" file and the "admin/login.php" file has no occurences of that really long folder name, or of "zen_draw_password_field" in it.

I'm stumped. I thought changing a root folder name would be easy, maybe there's something I have to do elsewhere? Or maybe it's no longer possible in the current build of zen cart due to a bug? It's not likely, a noob like me being audacious enough to even declare the possibility of a bug.


Can anyone try to change their root folder name and tell me how to do it?

(I keep typoing zencraft, even though I'm not playing any Blizzard games atm)
