Poll Manager Support Thread

Hi, im using 1.38a

Installed but I am unable to add any polls, keep getting error:

"Please define at least two poll options!"

All fielsd have been filled out, what am I doing wrong?

Go to line 373 in file "admin/poll_manager.php" and replace with these lines:

My store is v1.3.9h and i download the Poll Manager v1.2
but when i run the install_zc_1.5.sql in tools SQL patch, it shows :
1146 Table '****_****.admin_pages' doesn't exist
in:
[SELECT (@sort_order:=MAX(sort_order)+1) FROM admin_pages WHERE menu_key='tools';]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.
why? anybody can help me?

If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

The patch you ran is for ZenCart 1.5, not for 1.3.
To correct this: first run uninstall_zc_1.5.sql, then run install_zc_1.3.sql

thank you very much, when i run install_zc_1.3.sql, i can't find the the "PollManager" in my admin. and when i turn on the poll_box.php from layout_controller, i can't find poll on the website.

If all PM files are in the right place, PM should appear in the tools menu. Please check if all files are uploaded correctly.

i uploaded all file once again, but i can't find it in the tools menu too,
i have renamed the folder "english" to "japanese", because my site is japanese, and the "YOUR_TEMPLATES" to "mytemplates", i download the Poll Manager from: http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...66&update_id=5

Yes, i have renamed the "admin" folder, and the "english" folder in the "admin" too. also i have keep the language folder name to try.
but it also can't find the poll manager on the "tools".

What happens if you type the link to PM in your browser directly? Format is <admin url>/poll_manager.php.
