Configure.php delete reinstall causes problems

are you able to view your demo catalogue and can you log into the admin without any problems

I can see the same error page, BUT I can not connect to the admin page. Instead I get a new error page text. So in plain words: No admin login page anymore

Hi Rob,

I am starting to think that maybe its better to simple reinstall zencart 139d once again and start all over, as it doesnt seem to help whatever is being done, dont get me wrong I mean there might be some problems with the files that have been made that is to trublesome to find. I will still ask so I know how to get this right, and I really appreciate your help. Here is a print screen of the page I am seeing.

re-install with a new folder, a new database and check the site works both the catalogue and the admin before you start making your changes

this you can eliminate problems with install

looking at that screen its like it has no configure files, but try a new install first

Now I have deleted the subdomain and made a completly NEW subdomain and I just transfered with FTP the 139d full set zencart zip file.

So now what ;-)

create a new database in your servers control panel

then visit your new folder using a web browser and it will proceed with installation, follow the steps till installation is complete

I have already created a new databas.
And the 139d on the server, in the subdomain in question is a zip file. Will zc_install recognize the zc_nstall?

you will need to unzip it on your hard drive before ftping it to your choosen directory
