2 questions about main page

Zen Cart 1.3.9

Sorry for my english. I have 2 questions about ZC.
First: How to cancel the numbers of products on main page liko on the screenshot ?

Second question (this will by dificult to explain for me) is how to give information about product whose I can order in the future for the customer. It should be name of product, price and instead of number pieces in stock should be "made to order"
I can put "made to order" in description of product but I dont like this way.
Should be:
-NAME OF PRODUCTS-
+ price:100 $
+ Shipping Weight: 29lbs
+ Units in Stock: "made to order"

1. Admin - Configuration - My Store - Show Category Counts

2. There's nothing in Zencart that will let you do that. If you can write code, you could probably alter the 'number in stock' code to recognize a specific number and substitute that string for the number.
