Using popup_window function to add link to size chart

Hi,
I am using 1.3.8a. I was wondering how to leverage the popup_window function that is used to display larger images and use it to also display the size chart.

Modification - might need to resize pixels, also want to make sure the true path of the size chart is not displayed on the popup window.

I figured part of the answer but dont know how to add sizing for the window. This is what I have.

(added space between : and pop... to remove smiley tongue)
