Shipping price plus puzzle

Hello, folks,

I have a drop ship supplier who's shipping charge rates are:

Under $25 total purchase 6% (purchase) + $7.50

Under $75 total purchase 5% (purchase) + $6.50

Over $75 total purchase 5% (purchase) + $5.50

Then there are surcharges for Canada, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico - which I suppose can be handled with a Zone Table

plus some bulky or fragile goods have a surcharge on shipping.

I'm just baffled how to set these up in Zen-Cart and would appreciate some kind soul explaining it - preferably in words of not more than 2 syllables!

That two syllable limit won't be easy, but I'm going to suggest you Google 'ceon advanced shipping'. Might be your easiest route.
