Adding a contact form

I've been trying to work out how to create a form , probably in an EZpage that potential customers can complete and e-mail to request further info.

Any help would be much appreciated.

What schoolboy is trying to tell you is that there is a built-in contact us form and the URL is:

www. YOUR_WEBSITE.com /index.php?main_page=contact_us
