I've checked the forum, I didn't find anything about this problem.

along the left side of the website cornerhardware.com, there are links to categories and subcategories.

However over the years we have changed the name and contents of many categories, and I think because of this most of those links don't work anymore (i.e. Hand Tools-->Axes, Hatchets & Mauls-->Axe, Sledge, Maul Handles). Instead they redirect to the home page.

2 questions:

1. Is the reason many of those links to categories aren't working because the name of the category has changed? We do use some sort of URL rewriting tool, but I can't figure out what or where as of yet.

2. Would downloading the Debug Error Logging Tool help me in this case? If not, what would you suggest to help diagnose/fix the problem?
