Group Pricing (per Item) Version: 1.3.3

First off, I'm sorry if I put this in the wrong forum, I'm not sure where it fits. I guess this is two questions in one post.

Everything worked fine before we installed the Group Pricing patch, but after words we found two problems.

Problem one: Login screen
The registration portion almost completly dissapeared.
