Extracting Email list from Customer list

I have some problems sending email to all customers. I need to know how to extract the email addresses from my customer list.

I see and have downloaded the Add-on you pointed to. BUT, the folder, "EmailAddressExporter" does not tell me WHERE it should be added. The instructions just say to upload to server all files.

Do you know where to put these folders?

Just use your FTP program to drag the 'admin' folder from the mod (or change it to your admin folder name if you've changed it) to the root (top) directory of your store.

there is already an "admin" folder under "Zen Cart" directory. What about the "Emailaddressexporter" main folder in the Add-on?

Folders can't be overwritten, and the admin section can't be overridden, so just drag and drop it and click 'Yes' when asked.
