can search input form box be created over logo image at the hearder?

I wonder if we can create an input form box (to be exact the search keyword input box) on the logo image at the header wrapper area.
I learned mapping with hotspots here by reading some others posts, and used the technique to create menus. I wonder if there's any better way to create menus right below logo area.

Actually there is an easier way to do what you want. I remember I had worked out some thing like this to the other client of mine.

what you needed to do is to remove the search element from your header image first. Then you can move the whole <div id="navMainSearch"> away from the <div id="navCatTabsWrapper"> and have it put right into the <div id="logoWrapper">. You can paste the whole thing the first line after the <div id="logoWrapper"> tag.

Then you can use the absolute CSS positioning on the <div id="navMainSearch"> to place it to the exact location that you want.

If you are still unsure, please let me know, I will work out a sample for you.

My 67 year old brain is in a state of confusion going through so many files last few weeks trying to set up the zencart the way it is now.

I am learning Zencart for my friend who has the following website, and not much time to learn zencart but to manage the business.
It was his idea that I put the search in the logo area.

These instructions worked, but I have a positioning question! What is better for this -- absolute or relative? I'm thinking that since relative adjusts from inside the wrapper, that would be better because the wrapper size stays the same. Wouldn't absolute positioning move too much since it adjusts from the edge of the screen, and computer screen sizes can be vastly different?

I'm just learning as I go, and wanted an expert's opinion! Thanks in advance!
