I have a client (using an SSL) who insists, even after my "lecture" that he wants to use credit card payment with no gateway. I have looked through the Add-Ons and do not find one for Credit Cards.
Do you have any thoughts on this?

whilst this module works well, it's not advisable to store card details on your server, i have a little sql script i run after i have output my orders that wipes ALL payment information from the database.
