HEy 2kredz3, I had the same exact error, and tried many many fixes listed on these forums from the past 4 days, and DrByte finally came up with the proper fix for me. Check out this topic:

Just change the one parameter that DrByte lists to utf8 and then do the Database Upgrade, and it worked for me!![]()
