help with Catalog and Sub-Catalog

how i can show my all Categories in the sidebox my top Catalog and Sub-Catalog i don't want people have to click top-catalog to open sub-catalog how can i show all catalog on every page for example here is the link: (http://extrabutterny.com/shoe_store/) what i m try to do Thanks

This will by default display top and sub categories.
