I have a site I am working on at the moment

The site is up and functioning I am just adding the last few bits and pieces.

Basically you will see that I have placed the welcome message in the header bar rather than in the content because I would like it to be displayed on all pages.

It displays fine on all pages that use the index template however on the product pages it changes to TEXT_GREETING_GUEST

Can anyone please tell me what to change in the code so that it displays as normal on all pages?
