PHP 5.3 and SEO URLs

I have about 10 sites using Ultimate SEO URLs. All was fine until the PHP 5.3 update - now it still works but if your product has any options, once it is put in the cart, you can't click on it to return to the product - it goes to a page not found. If you hover over it you can see the untranslated link is something like:

http://www.beachdecor.net/beach_deco...a97eb5ef5e79c8

instead of

http://www.beachdecor.net/beach_deco...oducts_id=4909


The addition of options is adding that little bit of :gibberish to the end which is breaking the SEO URL generation. If you turn off Ultimate SEO urls the cart still finds the right page, even with the extra things on the end.

I would REALLY like to not have to redo the SEO URLs on all the site, especially since another SSU package I used also broke in a much nastier fashion after the PHP upgrade.

Anyone run into this/find a fix yet?

I can't help you, but I am glad to see that Ultimate SEO URLs is working other than the product options problem. I have used this add on for 4 years and I would like to keep it when my server goes to php 5.3 in a few weeks.
