I have a problem with installing

Hi there,
I have a problem with installing

/public_html/zc_install/includes/installer_params.php on line 14
/public_html/zc_install/includes/installer_params.php on line 16

and I am sure about permissions it 777 (read/write/execute) for this folders :
/catalog/cache
/catalog/images
/catalog/includes/languages/english/html_includes
/catalog/media
/catalog/pub
/catalog/admin/backups
/catalog/admin/images/graphs
/catalog/images/attributes
/catalog/images/dvd
/catalog/images/large
/catalog/images/large/dvd
/catalog/images/medium
/catalog/images/upload

So please tel me where is the problem

your directory structure for your your permissions is different from your installation folder

the zc_install should be in your catalog folder, if this is where you are trying to install it

the below seems as though it was run of the root of you public_html folder

/public_html/zc_install/includes/installer_params.php on line 14
/public_html/zc_install/includes/installer_params.php on line 16

First, I have deleted all files !

Then, I made a new directory and I've upload the script files on it,
and I've set all permissions again

but I have the same problem again

are you uploading the FULL content of the zip file to the newly created folder?

Try this, if you have a File Manager in your hosting account, like CPanel:

Upload the Zencart zip file to the root of your site, open the File Manager and use the 'Extract' function to unzip the file. Much faster and no corrupted files.

You'll have to use your FTP program to move all the folders and files from the intermediate folder to the root.

Then change your permissions and run the installer.

Yes, and am sure about it.

I've upload the files again by FTP with the old way.

And I have the same problem !?
