problem with ZenCart Zen template

Hi i installed the ZenCart Zen template but when i went to put the unit of stock to 0 it still shows on my website. I do not want this to show.

any suggestions

There are several places in the admin that affect the stock display.

A couple are:

Admin/configuration/product listing
Admin/catalog/category-products/product-general/edit layout

Also look at admin/configuration/stock and make sure you can checkout. There maybe other locations, you'll have to go through the admin options and see what else might affect stock.

Product quantity of zero does not necessarily prevent the product from showing. To do that you need to disable it from within Admin.

In your Admin, go to where it shows the product and you will see a Green icon on the right. Click on that icon and it will turn to Red, indicating the product is disabled.

The template does not effect any of your admin settings.

Ok can you please tell me why the 0 does not turn off the product unit and do you have any suggestions how not to show it.

admin -> catalog -> categories/products

When entering your products you can control whether or not the quantity box displays with the following options:

Products Quantity Box Shows: Yes, Show Quantity Box No, Do not show Quantity Box
