Adding New Products Automatically or in Batches

Hi all.

Everey month I've got say 250 new products, each with 2 or more images and a description saved electronically. Is there an automated way that I can add all these products instead of just one at a time?

We used to have a hacker do this somehow, but suddenly he's gone and I'm having to learn Zen Cart (Version 1.3.8). I scanned the FAQ and forum, but didn't notice anything useful. I'm not a hacker but have decent computer skills.

Any pointers or help would be appreciated.

I'd suggest Apsona ShopAdmin. It's free, and generally meant for non-hackers - although hackers are welcome, too .
