    Default Class_error?

    Hi Everyone!

    Im not sure how to explain it. I've tried to search the forums, but with no avail

    I got an email from a customer who is having problems checking out. It goes to step one but it nevers gets to two because it keeps looping back.

    I went and used my account to test it, and sure enough, i never get pass the first step.. i went on admin part (who's online) and copy the following:

    main_page=checkout_payment&credit_class_error_code=ot_sc&credit_class_error=It+a ppears+that+the+amount+you+have+tried+to+apply+and+your+Gift+Certificate+balance +do+not+match.+Please+try+again.

    the weird thing is that i wasnt using a gift certificate. I was just trying to checkout normally.

    im using 1.3.7, and if anyone can help, that would be greatly appreciated!

    thanks!

    I'm not sure what exactly the "ot_sc" module is, but if you go to Admin->Modules->Order Total, you can click on it and click "Remove" to disable it ... and that should stop the problem you're seeing.
