Sort Order in Admin

Is there a way to sort the products in admin/catalog/categories/sub-categories?

It is sorted by price and I would like to sort by model.

Have you tried the dropdown in the top right corner where it reads:
Categories/Product Display Order:

The default can be set in the Configuration ... Layout Settings ...

Categories/Products Display Sort Order
Categories/Products Display Sort Order
0= Categories/Products Sort Order/Name
1= Categories/Products Name
2= Products Model
3= Products Qty+, Products Name
4= Products Qty-, Products Name
5= Products Price+, Products Name
6= Products Price-, Products Name
