ive tried installing the google analytics addon but every time i go to update it by adding my account number i type my number in push update and the screen goes to the index page and doesnt save anything

any ideas any one this ones really bugging me

Does this only happen with g/analytics? Reason for my question is that I suspect this to be an issue with a standard admin file.

You may want to test any other mods you have installed and see if the same redirect occurs.

If the latter does not give any clues at all then it may be wise to completely remove g/analytics and then reinstall.
