Does anyone know of a good international solution for a 3rd party hosted checkout solution?

Heres what I'm looking for:
Much the same way that the level 2 Google Checkout payment processing plugin works, I need a plugin or service that will allow a customer to come to my Zen Cart instance, select and add products to their shopping cart (without logging in) then when they click checkout, it should take them to a third party site where they can enter their payment information and other info and complete the payment process. It will need to handle international currencies as well (this is the only place where google checkout fails).

This has the benefit of making that 3rd party payment processor handle all of that sensitive payment info.

Ideally that payment processor should be able to send a confirmation response to my Zen Cart instance, and store an order with shipping info in the DB. Also, i dont want to force the customer to make an account on my Zen cart instance and the 3rd party processor. one or the other, not both

Paypal does that, depending on what you mean by 'international'. Their rules can vary by location.
