Cannot configure payment modules???

Hi All

Just upgraded to v1.3.9d and since am having problems with the payment modules

I need to run both Paypal and Nochex but currently only have nochex in the module settings but along with all default payment methods i have no way of configuring the settings, I dont see anywhere on the righthand side to configure the settings???!?!?!?!

On testing the payment handlers I do have the option for Paypal but cannot see PP in the payment modules??

something weird is going on here and my site is currently down, so thanks in advance for solutions, idea to fix asap

All sorted now, got the guys at nochex to take a look
