Contact reCAPTCHA and 1.3.9d

I see that Contact reCAPTCHA is shown as compatible with Zen Cart 1.3.8.

I have it working with 1.3.9d but I note that includes\modules\pages\contact_us\header_php.php is one of the files replaced in the latest upgrade.

Are there any implications to using the older version in the Contact reCAPTCHA archive?

Is there a need for a new version of Contact reCAPTCHA?

The best way to figure this out would be to merge the old with the new and see what is left out of the older version.
