We were hacked when we had the old version installed. We cleaned that up.
And after we upgraded to v1.3.9d customers that were signed up before the upgrade can not log in and the error message:
Error: Sorry, there is no match for that email address and/or password.
Is displayed. I have used master password to try and still no go. I have also checked that all the customers were still in the database and that the configure.php files are pointing to the correct database. I have also searched through the forums to see for similar questions and found many but the answers did not work for me.
I have signed up as a new customer and it works seamlessly.
Would really appreciate any help possible :)
