    Default International First Class not showing up

    International First Class is not showing up. I have a customer in Australia who wants to order something that only weighs 2 ounces. She says the only option that shows up is Priority International at 27 bucks ...

    So I went a hunting on the forums

    I found this.

    I did this as per the instructions ...

    And she said first class international is still not showing as an option. Only priority.

    You need the more current January 4, 2010 USPS module:

    You should also review the Known Bug Fixes at:
    http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=82619

    Note: the current v1.3.9 has all of the Security Patches and Updates as well as all of the Known Bug Fixes, so Upgrading would be a good idea ...

    I have done so many changes and I cant afford to take my site down for as long as it would take to do such a major upgrade.

    Thanks for the re-direct to the newer file. Will implement that one now and when my Aussie customer wakes up in the morning I will ask her to test it for me.

    You need to really test these things yourself by doing a search for a valid shipping address for different countries and try things out ...

    You can do this with a little help from Google and the Shipping Estimator ... or by creating a test account and adding multiple addresses to be able to test things that are address related ... before your customers end up finding these things for you ...

    Hi Ajeh,
    I have the latest version Zen Cart 1.3.9d.
    However USPS First Class International Shipping is not showing (during checkout as an option).

    It was working fine prior to upgrade.

    Any help would be very much appreciated!!!

    What is the weight of the Order?

    What is the Ship From?

    What is the Ship To?

    What are the settings in the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ...

    When you Upgraded to v1.3.9d ... did you go through all of the Modules for Payment, Shipping and Order Total and save the settings to NotePad and then do a REMOVE, INSTALL and a reconfigure?

    Hello! Thanks for the reply!!!

    I tested with several items (different weights) and also different ship/to addresses.
    The First Class domestic works fine. (...going to Priority when weight is over 13oz)
    However, the First Class international shipping option does not show no matter what item (weight) and to/from international addresses I use.

    Here's my Shipping/Packaging configuration:

    Country of Origin United States
    Postal Code 10013
    Enter the Maximum Package Weight you will ship 50
    Package Tare Small to Medium - added percentage:weight 0:0
    Larger packages - added packaging percentage:weight 0:0
    Display Number of Boxes and Weight Status 0
    Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status 0
    Shipping Estimator Display Settings for Shopping Cart 1
    Display Order Comments on Admin Invoice 1
    Display Order Comments on Admin Packing Slip 1

    ---
    I had a web dev/programmer upgrade for me. I'm not sure what steps he took.
    I will try removing and re-installing again within a couple of days.
    I will post an update!

    I noted, removed and installed all but FEDEX. and now first class international is showing.
