Hi, I have a customer from France that is trying to purchase from my site with a credit card but does not want to register through paypal. She gets an error that says her "order is refused because she did not validate the registration." I have checked my settings in both zencart and with paypal and believe my settings are correct to be able to accept payments from France without registering a paypal account. At this point I am not sure if it is a zencart issue or paypal issue. Does any one have any suggestions on what else I could do to fix this issue. I have told her I would send an invoice to pay off of but I think she may get the same error. Not sure what to do?
