Backgrounds and formatting disappeared, left only with font and white background

I am using a firefox 3.6.3, I had this issue before on Safari, IE, Opera, Chrome, but I didn't care because I use Firefox mostly, but today when I logged in the issue was present on Firefox as well :|
Does anybody know what is the cause of the problem, and know any resolution.

Contrary to popular belief, when trying to help with site problems, a picture is not worth a thousand words.

It would be better to see your site. Until we can see for sure, you might make sure your two configure.php files are correct. A bad setting in the includes/configure.php will often cause this.

Looks like it's working. I do see several tidy errors dealing with spaces in links but I can't see any that would be causing your problem.

can't see your admin but there's a configure.php in the includes folder of the admin as well.
