It seems that I am screwed or maybe i'm just freaking out for no reason, i have so many different files. There has to be some easier way.

No idea what you're talking about. A little more information would help.
ok, i have alot of addons and alot of code adjustments. So do I have to manually enter in all these things again? I'm sure my products will be in the database....but the other customizations. Ugh. 1000s of files. How do people do this in 15 minutes? I'm afraid I would lose everything.![]()
The only people that "do this in 15 minutes" are those who a) have little to no mods / changes to a default install or b) have tons of problems when upgrade is done.
The best advice you have is grab a cup o' joe, a copy of WinMerge or Beyond Compare and both file sets and dig in. Unfortunately with a customized cart there isn't an "easy way" to do it.
Hope that helps!

Custom Templates and Zen Services CRS Designs, Inc.
If you've used the override/template system properly, most of your work would involve comparing the files in your custom folders to the same files provided with Zen Cart.
Mods/addons are a bit more difficult since some involve core files, so there is no override.
As suggested previously, using something like WinMerge or Beyond Compare will help with both.
