Sideboxes Stopped Working

I have uninstalled my wordpress on zen cart mod and now all of my ez pages dont work. Everything else seems to be functioning on the site and the links appear to be going to the right places but when you click on them I get "Oops! This link appears to be broken."
I dont know what I could have deleted to make this happen or if maybe i messed up something in my htaccess page but if anyone would point me in the right direction i would really appreciate it.

Do the pages show up in the admin Tools menu?

Yes, they show up there just like they are supposed to and even give me a preview of what its supposed to look like. But the links just say they are broken when you click on them from the shopping cart.

It's just that the link is weird if the EZ Pages are supposed to open on the main page or if they are external links.

Just love the auto spell checker.

What it means is that the system is providing links that don't meet the standards for either a main page or external page link.
