Error message in Order Total module

I have the following message at the top of Order Total Module and I have no idea what it is and how to fix it. Can anyone help?


1146 Table 'mydatabase_zencart.TABLE_STORE_CREDIT' doesn't exist
in:
[select amount from TABLE_STORE_CREDIT where customers_id = 663]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

As far as I know the table store_credit is not a standard zc database table (please correct me if I am wrong).

What other mods / add-ons are installed in your cart?

My guess is that you installed a mod (maybe Store Credit and Rewards) without running the SQL patch included in the mod.

One of the mods I have is Optional Insurance by Numinix.

It could be one about store credit though (I think it was from the same person)... I had that once but never got it working right but I thought my partner had removed it all. Thanks for the suggestions! That really helps... now we have somewhere to look!
