Product image popups

A couple questions...

(1) There's a huge pause waiting for the larger product image to appear...any way of speeding this up? Even the popup for additional images (which is smaller in file size) is very slow to appear.

(2) How can I adjust the popup window to size exactly to the image (for the main image and the additional images)?

Have you tried the add-on Zen Lightbox available for download from http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...roducts_id=273 ?

First install - Image Handler - http://www.zen-cart.com/index.php?ma...roducts_id=117 - it will improve your images, after it - LightBox.
