    Default Banner Sidebox image alignment issue?

    I am having trouble finding the correct classes in the stylesheet to single out and add the correct styling to.

    The boxes inherit center alignment from the stylesheet.

    The site I am working on can be found here: http://thebalanceyouneed.com/cart

    I am trying to move the images in the banner boxes left about 20px.

    Any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    You've got some hard-coded styles and additional classes/ids in divs that are driving things bonkers.

    Just your sea veggies banner has an id and two classes set for the div THEN the image has embedded styles

    Gonna take a lot of slicing and dicing to fix this one. Not sure how to fix without seeing files, but zenflavor seems to be following in the footsteps of TM

    Something like this added to the stylesheet:

    #bannerbox2 a, #bannerboxall a{padding-left:0px;}

    To see what dbtoe and I are talking about,

    Install the Firefox browser and the Web Developer plugin for Firefox. You can use those to see where in the stylesheet you change the styling of the various page elements.

    Ctrl-Shift-Y will allow you to hover over a section of the page and see the class and id names for that section in the box at the top. The statements in the stylesheet that begin with # are id's and the ones that begin with dots are classes.

    Ctrl-Shift-E will open the CSS editor and allow you to edit the stylesheet and see the changes in real time without changing anything permanently. A very handy tool, especially with non-standard templates.

    The only thing I have done is added these images through the banner manager. Haven't added any styling to the images at all.

    I am using firebug so I know what you are seeing.

    I am just trying to figure out which classes to single out from this particular stylesheet to make the images do what I want.

    I have attached the stylesheet so you can see what I am working with.

    My client purchased this template from templatemonster I think not that it matters to much where he bought it, I just thought I would mention that.

    @stevesh

    The styling that you added to your post has worked good enough for what I want. It has moved the images back into the column which is what I was after.

    I also added #bannerbox a for the leftside banner.

    I was looking for the id's you posted in my stylesheet but they are not there so I was trying to find another way to align the images. But I am ok for now.

    Just need to make sure all of the browsers cooperate now.

    Thank you for your input.

    Same to you dbltoe

    Yeah, I was trying to politely suggest that you were yet another victim of TM. Just search the forum for Template Monster

    Meanwhile, I see that you have added Steve's suggestions and they are working.

    Way to go Steve

    The client I am building the cart for purchased the template so I am just working with what I have.

    Although now the cart looks nothing close to what the original template looked like.

    I will have to remember for future reference to stay away from TM I guess.

    Thanks for all the input.
