Add New Navigation Bar

Hi Wendy,

I am not sure if there is an addon that does this but in the past i have added Navigation bars along the bottom of the header by physically building them into the tpl_header.php file in the common folder in side your template folder.

I have never come across another way and i am not sure if there is a mod or addon.
