Adding text to bottom of main page

i would like to add no follow text to the bottom of the main page, beneath the copywrite comment or <div class="legalCopyright" id="siteinfoLegal"><a href="#top">Back to top</a> - <a href="index.php?main_page=site_map">Site Map</a> - Copyright &copy; 2010 <a target="_blank" href="http://abluo-uk.co.uk/index.php?main_page=index">2009</a>.

can somebody help please

Footer is at:
\includes\templates\template_default\common\tpl_footer.php

The language that shows there is at:
/includes/languages/english.php

Thanks for that. How can i insert text on a new line after the powered by xxxxxx ? I do not understand code and i want the text not to be linked to anything. I really ought to get a book and try to learn code, but at my age i doubt if it would stick :-)
